  1. What temperature do the griddles go up to?
    All of our griddles are thermostatically controlled up to 570℉.
  2. What types of griddle surfaces do we offer?
    We offer 6 different griddle surfaces – cast iron, brushed steel, enameled steel, stainless steel, vitroceramic glass and polished chrome.
  3. Do your griddles need to be under a hood?
    Generally, yes, but we do recommend checking with your local inspector.
  4. Are the griddles portable?
    The 16”, 18” and 25” wide models are available in 120v for extra convenience and portability.
